UCPath Ongoing Projects

Please visit UCPath Deployed Projects to view the projects and initiatives that are Live. Below is a high-level summary of our ongoing UCPath projects impacting UC Merced. These projects below are set to go live on July 15 2024:

1. Deploy Fluid in TAM: This project will modernize the Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) module in UCPath to streamline the applicant and recruiter activities with a fluid home page, dynamic tiles, fluid candidate gateway with activity guides and approvals.

2. Gender Identity Pronouns (GIP): The purpose of this project initiative is to collect the employee's gender identity and pronouns, to be more inclusive and provide employees the opportunity to state the correct pronouns to use when referring to them.

3. GL Rewrite Assessments- Systemwide: Consolidate, centralize and streamline the generation of assessment information including. a. Calculate assessments after summary and detail labor ledger results are generated. b. Separate assessment into individual processes, to be run 1-2 times per month independently of other GL processes​

​​​​​​​4. New Submit on Behalf Of (SOBO) Case Submission Form: The purpose of this project is to simplify, standardize and improve the case management user experience for Submitters by creating an intuitive case submission form in 'Ask UCPATH' module.

5. Former Employee Portal: Former Employees require access to the UCPATH system to retrieve pay/tax records for identified period separation from the UC after user accounts have been closed. A solution will be implemented to strengthen the authentication for Former Employees accessing UCPATH utilizing MFA.
